Be Aware of Stray Objects
Stray objects can include anything from pets to curtains blowing near a heat register. Motion detectors can get a bad rap if homeowners feel they activate too easily, but in reality, they are an incredibly helpful home security component when the surrounding room is set up properly. And don’t forget to store those remaining party balloons in a place where they won’t activate your sensor!
